Has anyone had issues withthe power on/off schedule - specifically power on time? Power off works fine but setting an on time is not working for me. I have to push of bower button. I saw a firmware fix for the 320L addressed this but not seen the same for the 340L. Regards.

What Mfr and model is the main host router?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

OK, time to fess up - figured out my issue was finger trouble!! :-[
I had accidentally set the Time Zone to standard GMT instead of GMT London, Lisbon... so the time was behind by one hour since daylight saving came in just over a week ago. Thus Power On at 19:30 and Power Off at 22:30 weren't happening before my intervention. Apologies.
