I keep getting a "stream interrupted" message when I try to view my cam on my phone. It works fine on my computer.
Help, please.

Is this on the LAN side or remote location from the WAN side?
Is uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding BOTH enabled on the camera?
What Mfr and model # is the main host router?
