Hi,
For some reason I am unable to disable the DNS Relay. When I go to the network settings page the box is checked but greyed out so that I can't uncheck it.
Does anyone have any tips to resolve this?
Thanks

- What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
- What region are you located?

What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again. (For older generation routers.)

You may need to update FW if using different browsers doesn't change anything.

I've upgraded the firmware. Still can't disable DNS relay. Any other ideas?

Can you connect a Windows PC and see if it can be disabled?
You might try this, factory reset, reload the FW file manually from the web site, you can even use the v2.12 beta as well if you want to. Factory reset once more then go directly in and see if you can disable DNS Relay using FF or Opera.
I should have some time this evening after work to check my Rev B and see what happens. I haven't had it online in a long time. ::)

Is Advanced DNS Service enabled under Internet/Manual? If so, disable this, save settings, reboot later, then DNS relay should be selectable to disable.
This will gray out DNS relay if it's enabled. ::)
