Hello all,

Just downloaded Official 1.04b10 and as mentioned in the release notes, "my surveillance" needs to be reinstalled.
But - when I visited the Add-on center to download "my surveillance", it gives me this error

The add-on links are not accessable. Please check the internet connection.
note: this is copy and paste and the word "accessable" is indeed wrongly spelled.

Where can I download latest software for "My surveillance"?

This link - http://dlink.vtverdohleb.org.ua/Add-On/ - doesn't have the version that I'm looking for

I contacted D-Link and the front-line couldn't solve it. They said they will escalate and I will be contacted. None contacted me, however, the Add-On center link miraculously work yesterday. However, I cannot install any of the Add-ons.

Luckily, I can download the package and then proceed to install it manually.

Yet - another problem!
Startup my surveillance and added my camera into the "My surveillance" app - this should allows me to do video recording direct to NAS.
Unfortunately, "My surveillance" throw me another error

"Get camera image Failed"

I tried a different camera model, e.g. 930, 930L, 930LB1 --- but none of them work.

Ideas? suggestion?

Does the camera have a static IP address?
Is uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding enabled on ALL cameras?

Another update
Add-on center is not working again. Luckily, I have already downloaded My Surveillance Package (filename: DNS-327L MySurveillance Package v2.04_05292015)

About the issue with Camera
Yes - camera is on static IP address and uPnP is enabled.
Using "My surveillance" auto scan feature will find the camera. (note: DCS-5222L is also on latest firmware available).

How about using a static IP address ON the DNS? 192.168.0.27?
What Mfr and Model# is the main host router?

Hi,

Yes, the DNS is already on static IP address. In fact, both camera and the DNS are on static IP address. Both of them are manually defined.

I found the link where the AddOn for 327L are stored

Btw - there's a new firmware 1.05 - i tried it and the link still doesn't work.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email or FB> https://www.facebook.com/mydlink?fref=ts.
