I can not find the release notes on 2.10 firmware. But from www.mydlink.com I was asked to update my firmware. It left 2.10 on one camera, bricked the other two cameras. I have not tried a factory reset on them yet, is it requires some ladder work to reach them. I am very unhappy about that. It also appears that the new video encoding can't be decoded by quicktime, however VLC was able to read it. But the video will no longer display in Safari or Firefox. Even tried H.264 and JPEG, to no avail. The problem I was having with FTP was resolved, though D-Link never admitted to having a problem.
This model camera is making me crazy. My two 5222s seem to work fine.

Found the Release notes: http://d2okd4tdjucp2n.cloudfront.net/DCS-2132LB1/DCS-2132LB1_Bx_Release_Note_for_FW_v2.10.11.pdf

Try to factory reset the cameras and if you can, load the FW while being hard LAN wire connected to the camera.
If the cameras are working, it's recommended to not update them.

D-Link really should post something on the www.mydlink.com website when the flash up the big offer to upgrade your cameras, that this should only be done over a wired connection. Especially since wireless is likely the most common connection. So now I have to get ladders out and take them down, and factory default them according to Tech Support.
I am still having video problems with the one that did upgrade. Still can't view video H.264 or JPEG in either Safari or Firefox.

Try a factory reset of the camera then set up from scratch and see if the video comes back.

Did factory default. It fixed some of the problems. JPEG video is now very grainy with the latest release of fw, a noticeable difference when compared to the same camera not upgraded. I also have one 2132 that now only displays Black and White (day or night) with factory default settings. This is way too much work. FTP tests work fine, but motion capture is not being written to server on 2 cameras, strange. The one that is working doesn't create subdirectories for the date like the 5222 does. Just dumps everything into the same directory.

Not sure if you can revert back to the last working FW version. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email or FB> https://www.facebook.com/mydlink?fref=ts.
Let us know how it goes please.
This seems to be something that you should talk to support about.
