Title: How come wireless performance has dropped with 1.20+

i could understand that a new firmware may be buggy and cause router instability, but I dont understand how it makes sense that wireless signal strength and speed could decrease, unless they are doing it on purpose so we go out and buy new routers.

This company does this every time with every decent product, they somehow start off a product good, and they do some serious firmware modifications that handicap their products, and this is not the first time.

It has happened with my DI-624 rev c3, DIR-655 Rev A2, DIR-625 Rev C2.

Cool your jets, groving.  If you don't agree with D-Link please use your dollar to vote for another vendor in the future.  In the mean time avoid having your post consist entirely of bashing the company paying for the bandwidth to have you post this vitriol.

Why would u Ban him :( meanie!! lycan is a mean person.Well i don't agree with you linksys is way worster there product looks cheap (THEY ARE), D-link maid a great product although it has some bugs and errors but come on no one makes a shiny sexy router like they do. BTW with this router i can hack into d links servers much much more easier oops did not mean to say that.
