I port forward for a game and my ip for the port forwarding was x.x.x.198. My ip is not set to that anymore. My power went out the other week and my ip has changed since then. Im trying to ge to the port forwarding page but both the virtual server.shtml the gaming.shtml freeze when I load them. The virtual server page loads but takes 2 minutes, however the port forwarding page doesnt load at all and i cant change the port forwarded unless it loads. Also, the loading does not slow down just Mozilla but ever time I try to load the port forwarding page, my entire computer slows drastically where it ticks you off.
I have tried reboots, restore to default.
How do I get the page to load to change information on it, or is there another way to port forward?

You can try cloning your PC's mac address so at least you will be able to pull the same WAN IP if you need to reboot your router. You can also take advantage DynDNS. What are you portforwarding?
Or if you were talking about your LAN side you can use DHCP reservation and your local devices will pull the same IP everytime.
If your power went out and you think your router is not working properly give tech support a call to see if they can confirm the unit is indeed defective.

well the port forwarding is for a game on byond.
i have been either trying to change my ip back to the x.x.x.198 or switching the info on the port forwarding.
Should I call to see if defective first?

When you're saying your change IP back are you referring to your WAN IP or LAN?

to change my LAN ip to match the port forward ip
