I'll try and find some some to test it out on Windows 7 and post results.

FYI, I was able to install DVC on Windows 10 today. I had some trouble with my main account as I didn't know after upgrading to 10 from 7 that 10 changes the user type from Admin to Standard and I can't seem to change it back to Admin. DVC needs Administrator privileges to be installed. Luckily I had a actual Administrator account enabled and DVC v3.6.4 installed. I used the setup feature to detect my DCS-933L and it connected and I can view the video just fine.

If anyone has info about getting a standard user account back to Administrator privileges please post. Not really happy about that.  >:(  One site said to  reboot into safe mode and switch it there. I tried however the apply button is grayed out when I select the Administrator radio button so I can't change it.  I also tried this from and command line and did not work: net localgroup administrators {youraccountname} /add

DVC v3.6.4 works in Windows 10  ;)

I don't know for sure since I only have a D-Link camera however I presume it may only detect D-Link cameras.  :-\
