I was prompted to upgrade at mydink site. No changelog, or at least I can't find one

That's correct but mydlink.com has the .zip file and I was prompted to upgrade when I went to my account. Still no changelog http://d2okd4tdjucp2n.cloudfront.net/DCS-2332L/DCS-2332L_A1_FW_V1.07.00.zip (http://d2okd4tdjucp2n.cloudfront.net/DCS-2332L/DCS-2332L_A1_FW_V1.07.00.zip)

Here's the changelog:

1. Updated the mydlink agent to 2.0.19-b60n
2. Updated Digital Signature

...that's all...

Hi please can someone tell me please , is it possible to upgrade firmware by using the my dlink app as there is a icon saying firmware update.
Has anyone tried it as it would be a lot better I.e no cable going to router.
Thank you

If your not experiencing any problems with your model camera, it's advised to not upgrade unless your affected by something in mentioned in the FW release notes.

Maybe somebody should tell D-Link that info. Anyone logging into mydlink.com to see their cameras will be blasted with an advisement that their firmware is out of date and it's necassary upgrade. Yes, you can defer, but do most people know they should wait? When our phones have an update how many people wait? Why would they think to now?

I don't update my phone. iOS 9 is out and i'm still on 8.4.

We have a saying, "If it works, don't fix it!"

Updates are purely up to the user.
