Title: DFL-2500 Display shows as all blocked out squares on top row

When the unit starts up there is one beep. Any help guys? Firewall newbie here.

• What Hardware version is your DFL? Look at sticker under the DFL case.
• Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
• What region are you located?

Has a factory reset been performed?

Quite possibly - 2.20.01 firmware.

Check the user manual for beep and LED status message and meaning.
