So the other day I was moving my network devices into the other room and I shut down my dns-321 (through the web interface).  When I reconnected and restarted the device the only share available is web_page.  So I decided to head over to the admin interface and recreate my shares.  However, I have no web interface at all.  If I got to the units IP I get "Can't establish a connection to to the server".  If I go to the web_page and click on goweb.htm I get the same error.  Trying to use the Easy Search Utility doesn't show the device at all.  I have tried powering it down and even held down the reset button for 10-20 sec.

 What else can I try?
-
What happens when you bring it back to its original location?

-
No change whatsoever.  There was no change to the setup/wiring I simply moved both the box and my switch into another room.

-
1.01 firmware? Try resetting the unit to factory defaults.

-
Also make sure to take the drive(s) out and reseat them. Most likely might not be seated firmly on the sata connectors.

-
I have removed the drives completely and there is still no access to the web front end.  How can I update the firmware if I have no web-interface to do it through?

Unfortunately you cannot update the firmware without logging into the unit. Did you try resetting the unit to factory defaults?

How do you reset to the factory defaults? Hold down the little reset button for 10-15 sec?  If that's it, then yes I did.

Yeah it looks like its time to call the D-Link technical support line.
