Title: DNS 320L phot sync and manual upload ios mydlink access nas

Hello,
I was hoping someone could help me with an issue I am having with the ios version of mydlink access nas . Everything is working fine with the 320l and the app apart from the photo sync and being able to manually upload photos from my phone to the 320l. I don't have any photos transferred with the photo sync and just get failed in the transmission tab for any manual uploads. I can see everything that is on my 320l using the app how ever and can ftp web browse and map drives from both inside and outside my home network.

• What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
• Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
• What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?

The hw rev is a
The fw is the latest 1.06 dated 7.28.15
My router is a tplink to-wdr3600
I am in the UK

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
