From the dlink web site i can log in as a normal user.The problem is that during the installation through (1)the share center web aplication->account managment->Mydlink account and at (2)share center setup wizard at the dlink login account step it doesnt sync.
Also at the second situation pop-up a message Login Failed.contact technical support...Error code SIGNINERR004.
does enyone knows how to solve?sorry for my english!

- What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Is the DNS getting a Dynamic IP address from the main host router? I recommend using a Static IP address ON the DNS set to 192.168.#.32.
Is there a Admin PW set on the DNS web page?
