Title: deleted all users from phpmyadmin.. now can't login

Hello Folks!

it's realy strange: yesterday I've accidentaly deleted all users from phpmyadmin (root, admin and mine for kodi db)
Instantly kicked me out from web interface to login page and never allowed to login back in.
removed and installed the phpmyadmin plugin, resetted and upgraded firmware, everything with no differences, still no users and error #1045

any suggestions? Thanks

now I'm back to firmware 1.03b03(3.13.0722.2014)
