Title: DCS-5222L lost connectivity since update on Friday 1/29

Can't connect to both of my DCS-5222L cameras since firmware updated on Friday 1/29. They fail on the Loading step, I was able to connect once or twice in 2 days but they fail to connect 99% of the time. MY D-Link lists them as active with the green check marks. I'm trying from IE, Chrome and 3 Android devices.

Did the firmware update reset the device to default or change the IP? How are you trying to access them? WebUI?

No. The settings remained the same after the update. I am accessing through the My D-link portal.

The Firmware Version  is 2.12.01

No. The settings remained the same after the update. I am accessing through the My D-link portal.

Can you access them locally? The portal works of port 80 outbound from the WAN, so try a port scan on your public IP on port 80 and see what comes up.

Also, you may want to try a factory reset and reconfigure.

Last, when you said it failed on the loading step, do you mean the firmware update failed or just loading the D-link portal?
