I reset my D-Link DNS-320L to factory default settings.
And when I run Setup Wizard with CD, I can not add NAS to mydlink.com services.
Becouse when I have RAID settings, I can not click Next only Finish.
And I don't know why.
How add DNS-320L to mydlink.com services?

Can you log in to the DNS and use it's setup wizard to set up the unit from there?

I can log in to the DNS, but when I use Setup Wizard unit from there, can not add to mydlink.com services too.

You say you reset your unit to factory default, you therefore removed any passwords, users etc.
The first thing you need to do is to login using the web UI. Forget using the wizard and go directly to 'Management' --> 'Disk Management' and check your disks (the screen grab you give shows that your RAID array is degraded and you need to fix that first).
When your disks are fully functional you meed to set user login AND password to the unit (they should be the ones you used before to login to the mydlink services.

Be sure you have set up a DNS web page log in PW before registering the DNS with the MDL service. I've seen it were the admin pw is blank and the D-Link product will not be registered correctly until the PW is set. ::)

Success!
When I added second HDD to my NAS, it work, now I can add my NAS to mydlink.com with WizadSetup.
I couldn't add my NAS to mydlink.com becouse I had one HDD in my NAS.

Thats odd. Interesting that you got it reg'd after installing a 2nd drive. ???
Glad you got it working.
Enjoy.

Actually not that odd when you look at the screen grab.
It shows a degraded RAID 1 array which needs to be corrected before much else can happen. That was why I said that the disks had to be functional first.

Ah I see. Ok, I'll keep that in mind. ;)
