NOTE: Be sure that your wireless signal on the main host router is good and signal is strong with the camera if it's connected wirelessly. If your confident in this, upgrade via wireless with the camera can proceed. If your not confident in the wireless signal, use a wired LAN cable connection to the camera before upgrading the camera. This would help avoid any wireless FW upgrade problems.

After upgraded to v2.13, I don't see the "Play" icon under the "setting" page on my mobile. Also, the microphone icon is gone. Any idea?

What mobile platform are you using?
Try uninstalling and re-installing the app?

My mobile device is iPhone 4S. I tried to upgrade using Ethernet cable also - didn't work. Went back to v2.12 - works fine. What fixes does v2.13 have, by the way?

I have updated to firmware version 2.13 and I have got a problem: live video stops (the window keeps blank) and motion detection is not working.
Also MyDlink lite provides me the following error: data flow has been stopped.
The only way to make it work again is to reboot the camera.
But after a while (it is not a constant time) the problem appears again.
Can anyone help me?

- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?
How many other wireless devices do you have connected to the main host router?
- Any 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz cordless house phones or WiFi APs near by that maybe causing interferences?
- Any other WiFi routers in the area that maybe causing interferences? Link> Use a WiFi Scanner (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=48327.0) to find out. How many?
I recommend setting a static IP address ON the cameras outside of the main host routers default DHCP IP address pool as a troubleshooting step: 192.168.#.22 or .52 DHCP (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=58017.0)
Test cameras with uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding both enabled on ALL cameras: DCS Cloud (L) Series Camera Configuration and Mydlink.com (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=62395.0)
