Title: Flow Control Broken?

Today I was trying to setup flow control since I have alot of users logging into my FTP server (which I love thanks D-Link!) but whenever I try to limit either 200K or 2000K it gives me a connection refused. Any help here  ???

Same issue here.

Dlink 323 / Filezilla client
Using Port 21 and default settings for PASV with port forwarding set on router for 21 and pasv port range.

When set to unlimited on 323 - no issues.
When FLOW CONTROL is set to any number 1,2,3,4 etc
No connection is allowed.

??Bug?? or client setting issue??
