Hello Everyone,
I am not sure where to post, but I guess someone will direct to the right one, so here goes.
I have the D-Link DIR-655, installed and even went and the web and put my IP address in the address bar, printed out the Wireless Router Status Device Info and matter of fact this is the first time that I have created a visible Wireless Network Connection and the status reads; EXCELLENT, all the bars are green, BUT, I have no internet connection.
I did a network Diagnotic and my DNS test failed, the ISP failed until I changed the last number one higher. But I still do not have access to the Internet. When I click on the Icon for "Big Blue E", it does pop up, but no connection.
Please came some one help me with this?

Hi Snowhoney,
What is your connection to the Internet? DSL, FIOS or Cable Modem?
Did you disconnect the connection from the Outside to the Modem while it was connected to the Router?
