3 PSTN analog lines are connected and configured to DVG-3104MS
5 IP Phones DPH-125MS were used.
Customer reported that lines are disconnected while conversation over the phone is in progress.
Occurred approx 5 to 10 times a day.
The same lines were used with the previous PBX box they have and they are considering of going back to that system.
Using the latest Microsoft Response Point 1.0 Service Pack 2 Update
Using the latest D-Link VoiceCenter Device Update Package - Australia only (09/07/2009)

I think there's a problem regarding to the line connection they are using. They must call for an assistant to fix that problem.

I will suggest that you call the service provider to verify that the lines are correctly terminated. It is possible that they are not fully terminated, resulting in connection drops.

Did you ever get anywhere with this issue? I have something similar going on and have determined that the gateways are rebooting several times a day while in use. I wonder if you are experiencing the same issue.
-
Sounds like the same problem with the Gateways REBOOTING!!!
Come one DLink you guys going to realize there is a major problem here???

As I have indicated in my previous responses, we are taking the issue seriously and are treating each case independently given the varied environments where this devices are installed. I urge anyone with the same issue to contact technical support at 1-888-404-6262 option 1 for further troubleshooting to get to the bottom of the cause of the reboot.

I placed a longer reply on another thread, but what worked for me was attaching the lines in hunt group order.
-
Changing line order made no difference for me.
I am unable to continue to troubleshoot this system anymore since the customer had it removed and something else installed.
I was advised that their old DLink system is now for sale if anyone is interested...

Greeting from Singapore.
We had this issue before. The situation was improved by changing the country setting to China at the Voice Gateway.
The permanent solution is get a Quintum voice gateway. There is no more line disconnection or drop call eversince.
