Title: BUG using email addresses starting with a number (2bruce@...)
Post by: 2bruce on July 15, 2009, 10:27:55 AM

I setup the email feature for the first time and noticed that I received an error warning when I entered my usual email address which starts with a number. (eg. 2bruce@isp.com)
As I'm writing this I realized that perhaps the warning could have been ignored and the address may have worked, however to play it safe I'll just stick with an alternative address commencing with a letter.

FYI, I do not recommend using a number to start your email userid, as this has been problematic in the past (eg. Air Canada/Aeroplan websites.

Perhaps a new bug fix coming down the road?
