Title: Can't change language on DIR 615 E4 v5.10

It's in Chinese, which I don't understand  ??? . Anybody know how to change the language? All the guides online are outdated and for versions 1, and with v5 they changed some of the menus around. Help?

Select this URL and you can see where you need to go in a browser,

If you can find this same location on your unit, find the bottom section and there maybe a language pack listed there, if so, see if there is a remove button or delete button to remove it.
