HI,
I have noticed that sometimes my camera(s) are nice and fluid with a great FPS but other times they are choppy. When they are in their "choppy" phase they always have a time limit that you can view and then you are cut off and you have to reconnect. Of course, this may be a known issue so in the meantime I will search these forms for a possible answer.
Thanks in advance.

I get this when the is too much wireless interference or poor signal to my tablet.
Sometimes the router gets stupid too and needs a reboot.
Wiring the cams with ethernet solves part of the problem.

- What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?
How many other wireless devices do you have connected to the main host router?
- Any 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz cordless house phones or WiFi APs near by that maybe causing interferences?
- Any other WiFi routers in the area that maybe causing interferences? Link> Use a WiFi Scanner (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=48327.0) to find out. How many?

What wireless modes are you using on the main host router?
Any other wireless devices connected and doing something when you notice the choppiness?
