- What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Review the User Manual for setting up PW for users and for the DNS web page access as well...
You'll need to log into the DNS web page IP address in a browser to manage this.

Sticker under the device:
DNS-320
P/N ENS320M...B2E
H/W Ver.: B2 F/W Ver.: 1.00
S/N PVRM4D6000329
NAS Firmware Version 1.02
"What region are you located?" - I don't see this options.
Is only:
"System Time Settings
Current Time : 11:09:19 AM 06/08/2016
Time Zone : (GMT+01:00) Sarajevo, Skopje, Warsaw, Zagreb" (I from Europe)
"What Mfr and model is the main host router?" I don't understand.
I do as in User Manual.
I set:
Management - Account Management - Users/Groups - Create (Then creates a username and password)
These settings work with the DNS-320L, but DNS-320 doesn't work.

First a couple of things.
1) Do not try and use the DNS-320L manual for the DNS-320. They are not the same even if they look alike.
2) Which password do you want to set? There are two, the 'master' login password for the web UI and the user password for setup users.
The first thing you need to do is get a manual for the DNS-320 in a language you are comfortable with if you do not already have one (I have English, French and German versions in PDF format if they would be any use to you).
Next enter the web UI from your browser and run the setup wizard. This will guide you through setting a password for the 'master' logon (not to be confused with user login). Ignore this if you already need a password to logon to the web UI.
Users/Groups setup is found under the 'Advanced' section of the web UI and in the manual. You can setup a number of users and what folders they can access and what password they need to use.

Ok, I try to find user manual in my language and read it again.

Do you have user manual in Polish language?
