Title: Can not set up DCS-932L cameras

Hi all,

Got 2 of these cameras, brand new, still sealed.

Opened them, connected them as-per instructions (ethernet first, then power, then wait for green light). I scan my network - I see that the camera is on 192.168.1.61. I can't ping it. Dlink SetupWizard (for Mac OS) doesn't pick it up. Mydlink lite app on iPhone doesn't pick it up.

What is up with it?
