1. I connected a 3.5 mm speaker to it but it seems to disable the built-in microphone, i can speak from the app and i hear it from the speakers but in return i can't hear anything from the camera, i max my smartphone volume but still can't hear anything. Same thing on my laptop. I unplug the speaker then i can hear now again the surroundings of the camera.
2. I connected a 3.5 mm microphone, i speak on it and my colleague can hear me from the app, but, i cant hear him (he was speaking trough the app) anything from him trough the mini built-in speaker on the camera.
3. Is it supposed to be like that?
4. Called tech support and already updated the firmware to the latest version.
5. Max out the volume to and audio-in gain trough the camera's web-ui

Does it work without plugging anything in? ???
