Link>Welcome! (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=48135.0)
What model DCS camera do you have?
- What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
-
Even to this very day -- with version 4.1.1 -- this error is still present. As you can see in the screenshot below, I am attempting to play 4 already-recorded videos. All cameras are the DCS-933L, but I don't see how that would matter, as the content has already been recorded.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Surely there are other people with the same issue who might know a trick to get this fixed.

We don't see a lot of posts regarding this problem and this maybe something that D-Link support needs to review and provide information on in a more timely manor, thus the reason for recommending contacting them ON the phone.

Still the same problem in version 4.1.1
Anyone have a resolution for it?
I'm going to contact DLink directly to see what I can find out, not getting my hopes up though based on what I see here that this problem has existed since 2010.
No problem when connecting to a DNR-326 network recorder however, can select 4 channels - only happens when connecting dviewcam recorder. Both locally, and also via "remote playback service" (looping back to 127.0.0.1)

So why all call D-Link support when the solution could be find here? I am also looking for a solution for this problem, and Google brought me here.
Bad thing is, no solution over here....

What did Google say about coming here for a solution.
This issue needs addressed by D-Link support. Theres been no solution as of yet here in the forums. I presume this is a SW issue.
