Did you follow this? Link> >FW Update Process (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=42457.0)

If this fails, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

not really :(

i updated it via wireless connection NOT the wired one, i guess this is the reason that cause this problem.

i contacted with the customer services here in Dubai, but they refused to help me because i bought this router from Etisalat (Mobile Services Provider).

i will come back here to update you ASAP.

ANY FW updates need to be performed by LAN wired cable. Wireless will result in bad updates or bricking the unit.

If the unit is not a retail unit and is provided by an ISP, the unit falls under there support policy. Some ISPs use D-Link HW however design and code there own FW for those units and thus support those units. Putting D-Link FW on a ISP owned unit may void your support policy and violate any ISP usage policies you are supposed to adhere too. Just saying. If anything you could get your own retail unit if they allow that.

Good Luck.
