Title: Not receiving audio notification after latest android update 3.6.8

I am not receiving audio sound notification after latest android update 3.6.8. All I see is the visual notification if I happen to have the phone in my hands. I am using mydlink lite android on a Nexus 5x. I have removed and reinstalled the app twice but still no sound notifications. :(

Anybody else having the same problem?

This could be a MDL service issue. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

MDL is mydlink.com service issue and that service and site maybe experiencing intermittent service problems.

Thanks, so that is good. I mean, they probably know about it since this must have been reported by an employe of D-Link corporation somewhere?
Or can it be localised trouble?

I have the same issue in 3.6.9.
Notification area shows detected motion, but no audible alert.

Wow, they have finally fix the issue after 4-5 months!
Now, we are getting audio notifications with the latest android update 3.6.10 build 173.
