Title: Web mydlink cann't access my DNS-327L NAS,what port number was block by Firewall
Post by: treepop on July 25, 2016, 04:57:14 AM
Web mydlink said

Unable to access your DNS-327L.
If you cannot access your DNS-327L, please check that:

-You have at least 256K of bandwidth
-Your DNS-327L is not being blocked by a firewall or an antivirus program

My NAS connects with ADSL modem rounter.
I suspect that I must open port for NAS for connect from internet.
What is a port number that I must open ?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Try turning off the firewall temporarily to see if the DNS will be detected by the MDL service.
Place the DNS IP address it gets from the main host router into the DMZ temporarily on the main host router and see if the MDL service detects the unit...
I believe port 80 is used...

I don't understand it.
Yesterday cann't connect it but today it works!
I don't set any thing.
Now, I can access my NAS on phone via mydlink Acess-NAS app too.

I connect NAS via www.mydlink.com on Firefox with mydlink services plugin 1.0.2.7
My NAS is  Hardware Version = A1
Current NAS Firmware Version = 1.06
Current Microprocessor Firmware Version = 1.04
Firmware Date = 10/20/2015
I am in Thailand.

Possible a ISP service issue or maybe a regional MDL service issue.

Keep an eye on it and see how it does. If you think it maybe MDL service issue, you'll need to phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask them about it.
