Title: Firmware 1.20 not recognizing USB

Had Firmware 1.13 installed and upgraded to 1.20 which installed fine. Then I noticed that the USB light wasn't on the router and since then not been able to get router to recognize printer which had worked fine on 1.13 firmware. Any ideas as the system won't let you re-load 1.13. >:(

What router are you using? and shareport version?

You can't go back to the older version of shareport because the app changed along with the new code of the router. Do you have securespot enabled of disabled? and are you running and firewals or AV's?

no AV, windows firewall is on, securespot I'm not sure about will check when I get back to the router tomorrow. Thanks.

Securespot was on, have disabled it but it's made no difference.

Do a complete deinstall and reinstall of the app.
