First think check that the power supply is giving 12v @ 3A (you can test this by using another power supply that can supply 12v at, at least 3A- more Amps are OK).
If the power supply is OK then try using the reset button.
After that it starts to get complicated and require specialist tools.

Power is Ok.
I try to push reset button 20s and try to restart .
Always power flashing ( as per the manual it's booting status).

OK, now the 'fun' begins.
Go to http://dns323.kood.org/dns-320l (http://dns323.kood.org/dns-320l) and read all on that page then have a look at items on the menu at the left. You are going to need some equipment and some knowledge of low level kernel programming. You will also need a copy of the firmware that you replaced to enable you to get back to your previous state.
Good luck.

When I Force in 100 or 10 Falf or full the port of Nas is in 1000.
As per the LED status of the port on the NAS.

That is usually because the power supply is failing and not supplying enough current so the voltage drops and the NAS can not start.
Check by using another power supply (just make sure it supplies 12 volts and at least 3 Amps - more Amps is no problem).
