Post by: jgrove on July 17, 2009, 01:29:47 PM
What is the LAN to WAN transfer speed of the DIR-655 A2? I am trying to get my head around all the marketing hype!

Cheers

Why are these routers so much better than a VPN router that barely get 60 mb?!

Probably due to the fact that they don't have gigabit WAN ports like the DIR-655.

Also they are probably optimised for having lots of VPN connections going through them.

you will see up to 12MB (megabytes) per second depending on yoru environment, but I get on average 6.
