I have 4.0.5.0 installed on a windows 10 VM with 3 GB of ram and 2 vcpu's. I can open d-view software, configure cameras, record, play back, basically everything work, for about a week, then mainconsole crashes.

This was a fresh OS install with all updated and a fresh d-view install. I have 10 cameras configured and recording.

Can you test in a Windows 7 VM or actual Windows 7 PC?
Not sure of DVC supports VM configurations....
