I've got D-ViewCam and it was recording to my external HD with no issues for months. Held about 2 weeks worth then overwrote itself. However, since I've upgraded my Norton to Norton Internet Security, it is no longer storing the recordings. Does anyone know offhand what I need to adjust in Norton to allow it to record like it used to? The program is set to allow for both the viewer and the playback.

What version of DVC are you using?
Try allowing the IP address of the camera as well in NIS.
Test with NIS disabled temporarily as well.

I'm running 3.6.5. I've temporarily disabled NIS for 5 hours, we'll see if that fixes the problem. That will at least tell me if the issue is NIS or something else.
