Title: Redcirecting to my router's login?
Post by: yuppicide on November 05, 2016, 06:50:21 PM
Have you ever seen this and is it normal?

I was searching for sneakers on Google. One of the links would have taken me to ****sportinggoods.com. Instead I get my router's login page. I didn't login because I didn't direct myself to that login page.

So, I then tried to click other links to ****'s website. Everything was redirecting to a 404 page that had a pink background.

I would think a big company like that would have a more professional looking 404 page.

This only lasted a minute or so. It's working now.

I went to http://www.****ssportinggoods.com/home/index.jsp (http://www.****ssportinggoods.com/home/index.jsp)

I figured by your post, you mis-typed it.

So I went to  http://www.****sportinggoods.com/home/index.jsp (http://www.****sportinggoods.com/home/index.jsp)  .. this redirected me to the above website.

*I have an asus router, windows 7, in chrome.

Does it happen with any browser?
Be sure to clear your browsers cache...

What is the exact URL for this link? Use spaces in your reply as the forum seems to be censoring part of the text... ::)

These URLS are not working and are invalid...

substitue **** with ****.  It's a person's NAME in English and the name of a Sporting Goods Store across the USA. They bought out Galyon's a long time ago.

edit1: spaces did not work

try again:  D_I_C_K
