Hi to all
I want to know if dns 320l support creation of hidden folders.
I tried with $ at the end of shares name but the gui gave me messages that does not support symbols like $.
Im wondering how can i do a secret share?
Thank you in advanced.

A couple of points.
1) the base operating system of the NAS is LInux and the markers are different to those used in windows.
2) the best way of doing what you want is to assign users, with passwords, to certain folders. That way each user can only see their assigned folders.

It is possible after performing all the sharing settings of the NAS manager, by adding the $ directly in the samba configuration file, etc\samba\smb.conf
However, if you make any changes to the manager, it overwrites the entire file by deleting the settings made.
