We can no longer remotely view our cameras video using mydlink lite
v3.6.9 on 3 different cameras after installing the latest camera
firmware.
DCS-930L V1.16.04;
DCS-930LB V2.14.04;
DCS-932LB V2.14.04;
MYDLINK LITE V3.6.9.
We can access and view all the cameras listed on the mydlink portal using internet explorer 11 on a pc running windows 7.
Our mobile device is LG model LGL33L; android version 5.0.1; kernel 3.10.49; software version L33L10a
notes:
1 all cameras were accessable and viewable before the latest firmward update on the devices above.
2 also on our dlink account is the DCS-5010L camera. it is still accessable and viewable. it was not updated, but is running the latest firmware v1.13.05.
3. have reset all to factory settings, loaded new firmware again; have reinstalled mydlink lite numerous times.
4. local mode works fine as always; remote does not.
Anyone with any good ideas/workarounds?

Ok, I don't have those brands so I can't be of any help here. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
