What Mfr and model is the main host router?

Not sure if that can be done. I believe the two LAN ports are for link aggregation or something having to do with linking to other DNS. Please review the user manual on usage for the LAN ports...

Model : DNS-345
Firmware version : 1.04
Region: Egypt
The two router is D-Link
And the user manual say that I can setup LAN 1 and LAN 2

I assume you are using two routers to give you two subnets on purpose rather than having two routers because of needing the extra ethernet ports.

The two network ports on the NAS are there to provide either 'Link Aggregation', should that be necessary or 'Fail-over and Fail-back' to keep data available should the network go down and the mirror server has to take over.

They are not there to provide combining two subnets (doing so would degrade the security found in using the two subnets).
