Hello.
I am using putty or winscp to connect my nas via ssh but is impossible to reach it.
can you help me please?

i have 1.08 firmware

Does the DNS have a dynamic or static IP address? I recommend using a static IP address on the DNS, i.e. 192.168.0.32 or .20.
