I'd like to buy a VDSL2 modem/router for my home.
Could you tell which Dlink modem/router support VDSL2?

This is the only DSL modem I see on the Canada site:
http://ca.dlink.com/products/connect/adsl2-ethernet-modem-2/ (http://ca.dlink.com/products/connect/adsl2-ethernet-modem-2/)

I recommend contacting the ISP provider to see what they officially support. Some ISPs may not support all brands of DSL modems. Also phone contact D-Link support in Canada as well for additional information.
