Title: Wont light up

I just bought a used Dlink 615 its the E3 model. I bought it cuz it supports dd-wrt. But I got issues I plug it in the power outlet. All light turn on then they go out leaving the power light on/orange. I plug the Ethernet from PC to router no light comes on plug on my ISP modem in the internet port no light. Why are no lights coming on . pressed the reset button I also tryed holding it down for 30secs nothing happens.

Check LAN cabling between router and PC?
Check voltages on the tip of the power adapter plug to make sure DC voltage is the same as listed on the sticker.
