I noticed some unwanted wireless connections in my Router (i.e. at Status > Wireless Clients). So, I copied all those MAC addresses and added to the Black List (i.e. at ADVANCED > Parental Control > MAC Filter) selecting "BLACK_LIST --Allow all packets but DENY MAC addresses that match a rule in the list".
Also I added all the trusted MAC addresses to the "WHITE_LIST --Deny all packets but ALLOW MAC addresses that match a rule in the list" at the same page (i.e. at ADVANCED > Parental Control > MAC Filter). with schedule as ALWAYS. Then I restarted the router.
But after 2-3 hours, I noticed that the same devices are still connected with Same MAC addresses. Those addresses are still connected to the routers. I have tried changing the passwords and now it is a strong one with special characters. Also I have reduced the transmit power and preamble type.
Why the BLACK and WHITE List is not working?
Please HELP!!!!! :-[

- What region are you located?
I would try a factory reset on the modem then set up from scratch.
Change the SSID name of the wireless to something different and use a new wireless password and don't give it to anyone.
Definitely use WPA2 and AES only.
Be sure to take note of all wired and wireless devices you have connected to the modem.
If you use the black and white listed filters, be sure DNS Relay is ENABLED as well.
