Reinstall the firmware version A1 1.10.04 and could register the router, but internet conection drops, thatīs why i upgraded to fw 1.10.07.
I think there is a problem with the firmware version 1.10.07 that is not allowing to connect to my dlink and register the router.
Is there anyway to let dlink know that, so they can correct the issue with fw 1.10.07?
Thanks.

If you already have the MDL account set up, if you pick Already Have an Account in the routers UI and input your current MDL service account log in info, does it not work? It should. If you have the web page UI admin account for the router set with a PW as well. It should set up the router if you put in your MDL account info if you select already have an account in the UI.
Please try loading v1.12 FW as well.
Let me know.

Went back and installed 1.10.04, internet connection began to drop again, but could register router in mydlink. The router apears active on the cloud. I reinstall the fw 1.10.07, logged on mydlink and the router appears but it apears as desconnected with a gray icon , although it is online. Reboot the router and mydlink router status does not change: Keeps gray icon as not connected. I think it is an issue with the fw 1.10.07 that is not allowing to let the router be seen by mydlink cloud.

So if you load up v1.12 FW version and after doing a factory reset and set up the router from scratch and select Already have an Account from the MDL set up menu, does the router appear as connected on the MDL service page?
I'll connect my 868L up again and test. Last time I had it connected was after I installed v1.12 FW and it appeared on the MDL service page and was online:

My router rejects update fw 1.12

What browser are you using to attempt the FW load? I recommend FF first or IE.
What is the message your getting when you load the file? I presume you have unpacked the .bin file from the .zip file before sending it right?
There maybe one way to get it loaded....

The latest fw A 111b01 solved the issue.

Good to hear. Might try v1.12 later on.
Enjoy. ;)
