Hi

Cannot get internet connection through router

I have just purchased the DWR116 (wireless N300) router. Also just purchased the Huawei e173s-2 USB internet dongle. Dongle works perfectly when plug it into everything.I have updated the firmware of the router off the DLINK support page.The dongle is supported by this model router. I have tried auto/manual/everything I can to get it to connect with no luck. I have tried changing the router IP address to a different range to the dongle (even tho it already was). It almost seems like the router doesn't recognise the dongle,I tried everything, but with no luck.
Please HELP ME!

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
