Again (and again) troubles with the java (R) plugin. I've tried Palemoon (aka Mozilla) 64 and 32 bits versions. Microsoft Edge and IExplorer 11.
Both the 64 bits apps don't accept or use java any more. So the are out.
Both the 32 bits apps seem to accept Java ( after giving the green light) bus there is nothing to see.
Can't change the motion detection either.  :(
Even tried the java.security patch.

What works is http://192.168.1.51/mjpeg.cgi  :)

I would try FF browser. IE11 should work. Works for my 933L still.
