I have a problem with my switch DGS-1100-08 Web-based configuration
I use 3 switches DGS-1100-08 in my office place (all latest firmware)
I manual reboot them once a week. So I can use reboot function on web-based as usual.
Last week, all of them normally operated but I cannot pass the login page on one of them.
I try as step below
- open login page
-> Display login page normally
- login with correct password
-> Page refresh then back to login page again
- login with incorrect password
-> Display incorrect password error
- push hard reset button
- change my PC IP address for connect to default switch IP address
- open login page on default IP address
-> Display login page normally
- login with default password
-> Display first page as normal I can config everything.
- change switch IP address and my PC IP address
- go to login page on new configured IP address
-> Display login page normally
- login with default password
-> Page refresh then back to login page again
- login with incorrect password
-> Display incorrect password error
Now hard reset and restore my backup configuration. It operate normally but can't config anymore.
I can't understand what happen on one of my switch.
I cannot config everything after I changed its IP address.
Have tried IE, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
Please help!

- What Hardware version is your DGS?

- What region are you located?
What OS Platform are you using? Windows or Mac?

- DGS1100-08 hardware A1
- Latest firmware 1.10.039. Downloaded from Official DGS web page.
- ฺI bought them from Thailand(SEAsia), and also use locally
- ฺWindows7 64bit

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

I have the same problem.
I try to connect from other network and i can't do it, The password are ok, but when I click ok, the browser show the login form again.
If I put a bad password, the browser shows Wrong passwrod, but if i put the correct password, the form is reloaded.
If I connect the computer to the same network, connected directly to the switch, all works fine.
Any idea ?

What browser are you using? Try FF?
Be sure to clear all browser caches before opening the link. Close then re-open the browser then go to the web page.
Disable any browser security plug-ins or PC security software temporarily.
