Hello,
Sorry for not starting a new post, couldn't figure out who to send it to so I decided to reply to this one because I am also having trouble with the MIC on my DLINK DCS-2132L. It's not that same problem as the mic button on the app not working, my problem is the mic on the camera itself is not working. I can see everything fine, I can hear the person using the app on the camera but I can't hear whats going on in the room where the camera is. It's for a baby monitor and doesn't do me much good if the baby can here me but I can't here the baby.
Has anyone had such a problem or can someone tell me how I can post to the DLINK support team?

- What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What OS platform are you using? Mobile and or PC? Tried with a different PC?
Has a factory reset been performed and set up from scratch?
