Post by: vagmaster on February 01, 2017, 09:53:54 AM
Hello
I have a problem with my nas
in my devices and printers section
i get https://postimg.org/image/3y19yr355/

I can access nas sharecenter
I can also access from my computer .

The thing is that my pc try to connect to nas via usb and i hear the sound of usb plugin
And after 5 seconds the plugout usb sound
In the device and printers section https://postimg.org/image/3y19yr355/ this appears and then disappears again .

I have the 1.06 firmware
Iam using w7 x64
I dont have any usb on my nas
only power and the ethernet cable going to modem.

I just want the sound of usb plugin and plugout to be stoped
Even when the nas is closed and unpluged
the plugin and plugout usb sound continues Cause my computer is trying to find it.

Please someone help.
Thanks in advance.

Can you provide a capture of this message from your PC?
Adding Screenshots In A Post (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=58120.0)

What OS version are you using on the PC?
Seems like this is a PC issue rather than a DNS issue.

Ok, this is something else on your PC. Something you plugged in to the PC or something that hasn't been fully installed.
Check with Device Manager as well.

I assume you are using windows 10.

That being said you don't have a NAS problem but you do have a windows problem.  Since we don't use windows I can't help you with that but I would advise you to have a look at the hardware manager to see if there are problems with installed drivers.
