Title: 16MB DSL Slow Browse/Stream

Hi,
I have DIR-655 A2 1.32NA , I upgraded lately to 16MB/1MB DSL Connection, but im facing slow browsing, streaming videos and downloading via browser. But if I use IDM for downloading it hits the maximum speed while it drops down to 3MB via browsers, I called ISP they told me its your router settings!! I wonder what settings would make my internet connection speed to drop down via browsers  ??? I tried speedtest.net again im having 3-6MB max!!
I tried to disable QoS, DNS set manually and I tried to make it automatic, but nothing helps..

 :'( whats the prob!!

What happens if you take away the router and connect your PC to the internet modem?

I should been tried this before I post this, I connected directly and it seems to be from the line or modem.. been stupid to believe my ISP  :-\
